No alcoholic beverages allowed on rental boats/paddleboards.Personal flotation devices (life jackets) must be worn by every boat passenger.Motor horsepower, number of persons and weight shown on the Waterways Capacity Tag may not be exceeded.A valid drivers license or State issued picture ID is required to rent a boat (school ID’s are not acceptable).Last rental of the day occurs 1 hour prior to closing. Kayaks, rowboats, paddleboats and character pedal boats are available for rent near the Mount Vernon picnic area.
